Sugar50 g

Fine salt⅛ tsp

Vanilla extract1 tsp

Ground cinnamon¼ tsp

CombinePut rice, milk, sugar and salt into the saucepan. Bring slowly to a gentle simmer, stirring.

Slow simmerSimmer uncovered on low for 30–40 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is tender and creamy.

FinishStir in vanilla, spoon into bowls and dust with cinnamon. Serve warm, or cool promptly and refrigerate.
