Fine salt½ tsp

Black pepper¼ tsp

Lemon juice1 tbsp

SeasonToss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper on a large baking tray.

RoastRoast 18–22 minutes, turning halfway, until edges brown and stems are tender.

FinishToss with lemon juice and serve hot.
